Donation Requests

Since 1992, the Mashantucket Pequot Nation and Foxwoods Resort Casino have been committed to helping a diverse range of non-profit organizations in support of the many worthy philanthropic causes within Connecticut. Foxwoods Resort Casino is devoted to assisting these organizations. We will strive to accommodate requests aligning with our mission of developing and maintaining strong partnerships with Native American efforts, embracing diversity, improving health and wellness, strengthening education, and developing veteran programs. 


 

Please read the guidelines entirely before completing the submission form. For tax purposes, Foxwoods Resort Casino requires the Donation Request filled out online and completed in its totality before authorizing. 


 

Foxwoods Resort Casino frequently receives requests for donations. We urge all interested organizations to fill out and submit the form below to ensure your inquiry is received. Foxwoods Resort Casino cannot guarantee the fulfillment of every submission. Please allow a minimum of 60 days to process your request. If your request meets our guidelines, a sponsorship and partnership representative will contact you.  

  • Requests sent by postal services, email, or by telephone will not be accepted.
  • A valid 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt form and valid tax-ID number for the requesting non-profit organization must be provided with your online request.
  • Incomplete forms will not be processed.

SUBMIT DONATION REQUEST

Please note Foxwoods and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation only participate in auctions, silent auctions, and raffles/door prizes, in-kind donations and monetary donations.
Requesting organizations must meet the following criteria in order to request support for charitable giving:

Is your organization an educational institution or registered not-for-profit charity? Is your organization classified as tax-exempt under the US IRS section 501(c)(3), classified as a public charity under Section 509(a) (1), (2) or (3), or a public university (170c1)?
If no, you are not eligible.

Is your organization a religious organization?
If yes, you are not eligible

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and Foxwoods Resort Casino focus on the following areas:

  • Native American justice and equity.
  • Health and Wellness: Organizations that aim to find cures for or support those living with diseases and promote healthy living.
  • Education: K-16: Organizations and efforts that strengthen public education.
  • Community Development - Programs that focus on a specific community issue

Is the donation request a peer to peer fundraiser to raise money for another Organization?
If yes. You are not eligible

Does your request serve a community in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont or New York?
If no, you are not eligible.

Does your request include naming, branding and/or media opportunities?
If no, we may still consider support. Please explain why you are making the request.

Is this request legal and ethical under local laws and practices and not designed or intended for an improper purpose?
If no, the organization is not eligible.

Is the date of the donation/sponsorship at least 60 days away from the request submission?
If no, the organization is not eligible.
