The legal age to play Table Games, Slots, Race Book and Keno is 21. * On the date you turn 21 you will not be able to enter the casino floor until 6am. The legal age to play Bingo is 18.
To gain physical access to the gaming floor, patrons must have at least one (1) of the following valid (i.e. NOT EXPIRED) forms of identification:
- State Driver’s license
- Military ID
- Passport
- State ID
- Other forms of government ID
All IDs must have a photo AND birth date AND be permanent (not temporary) The IDs must be valid (not expired) to be considered acceptable.
We do not accept multiple forms of identification in order to make one “acceptable” ID.
To gain access to accounts, including creating a Rewards account, replacing Rewards cards, redeeming promotional offers, issuing cash back, claiming any promotional prizes, cashing checks, establishing a credit line, or to claim any jackpot winnings, a valid ID (I.e. NOT EXPIRED) must be presented.
- Acceptable Primary ID examples are:
- State Issued Driver's Licenses (interim licenses are accepted from the states of NY and MA only)
- State Issued Non-Driver's License
- Military/Military Dependent Id (may not expire if retired)
- Alien Registration Card (may not have an expiration date)
- Passport
- Other State Issued ID; Pistol Permit, Racing Association, Casino License, etc.
Patrons who do not have a Primary ID may present two (2) forms of SECONDARY ID. One of the secondary types must contain an address.

- Major Credit Card
- Vehicle Registration
- Current Utility, Medical, Charge Account Bill

At each of our coat check areas, we have regular wheelchairs available for use by our guests while at Foxwoods at no charge. They are based on availability, first come first served, no reservations accepted. You are asked to provide identification and a valid credit card when you checkout a wheelchair. There are slot machines and tables specifically designed for wheelchair seating, or the wheelchair can be folded. You should not leave it out of your sight or where someone might take it, as it is your responsibility to return it at the end of the day.
If you would like to rent a wheelchair or scooter, please contact Scooter A Long at (860) 373-1482. They will reserve their equipment for you, and have it available at the Grand Pequot Tower coat check area when you arrive. It is recommended that you call at least 72 hours in advance to reserve a scooter. $5 off scooter rentals for all veterans and active military.
We offer RV parking – no hookups – located in Parking Lot 10, located past the casino on the left along Route 2 West. Please park as close to each other as possible as space in this lot is limited and must be shared with other guests. All RV/campers arriving on property must call our Transportation department at 860-908-0476, 860-908-0477, or 860-312-4203 to register with Foxwoods. A Foxwoods representative will then meet you to get the registration information needed and will provide you with a list of RV/camper policies while you are on property. For transportation to and from Parking Lot 10 to Foxwoods, please call the Transportation department at 860-908-0476, 860-908-0477, or 860-312-4203. There is no tractor trailer parking provided.
Yes, we offer an active Military discount. You will receive a 10% discount at check in when you present your military ID, 7 days a week, subject to availability. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers. To book your room reservation, please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-442-1000
For your convenience, Foxwoods offers complimentary WIFI throughout the resort.

Yes, we do have a Lost and Found department. You can reach them at 1-860-312-4501, 9am - 4pm.
Please note: It is the guest's responsibility to contact Lost and Found if items are left in hotel rooms.

We do not offer babysitting or childcare services here at Foxwoods. We do have a wonderful entertainment facility called the Tree House Arcade, located in the Great Cedar Hotel Lobby for children to enjoy!
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the Tree House Arcade.
For your safety, there are several items that guests are prohibited from bringing inside of the Fox and Grand Theaters. These items are:
- Weapons, including knives
- Laser pens/pointers
- Signs/flags/banners
- Over-sized bags or backpacks
- Suitcases
- Briefcases
- Glassware
- Illegal drugs / substances
- Personal alcohol (ex. nips, red solo cups)
- Laptops
- Audio/video recording devices
- Tripods/monopods/Selfie Sticks
- Cameras with external flash or interchangeable lenses (no professional photography) - Note: for some events, photography of any type and/or flash photography may be prohibited
- Any other item deemed inappropriate by security management

Check in is at 4pm Monday through Saturday and 5pm on Sunday and holidays. Check out is 11am, 7 days a week.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room type, only a reserved room. We will do our best to honor your request.
Cancellations, modifications and other date changes must be made 48 hours in advance to the 4 pm check-in. Failure to do so will result in a charge of either one night’s room and tax for non-complimentary rooms, or $50 for complimentary rooms. To cancel your reservation, you may do so at www.foxwoods.com or by calling 1-800-369-9663. Room Type and Smoking Type Preferences are not guaranteed until check-in. Upon cancellation, you will receive a cancellation number. Please retain this number for your records as no refunds are issued without a valid cancellation number.
Please be advised that the Cancellation Policy as listed above may not apply if guestroom reservation is part of a Group Block. Special Group room rates are based on contractual agreements and can be subject to different cancellation terms. Please refer to your event registration website if there are any questions regarding your cancellation policy.
For your comfort and convenience, all our Hotels are 100% smoke-free.
Yes, we offer handicapped accessible rooms in all of our Hotel properties. Make sure you request this when making your reservation noting if you prefer a handicapped shower or tub.
The Great Cedar Hotel pool is currently closed.

The hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday 10:30am - 10pm and Friday - Saturday 10:30am - 12:30am.
There is no need for you to wait for the mail to reserve your room anymore. We have built a system that will take your play into consideration automatically so when you log into your personal portal to book you will see your lowest available rates for any days you choose based on your play.
Yes, periodically we will do promotions like our Friends and Family or Cyber Monday that will be sent to you via email. These promotions may not be combined with the offer you see in your portal.
As a valued guest, you are welcome to book any date that we have published availability. Hotel Rates are based on availability and occupancy. We recommend you book sooner rather than later to obtain the best rate.
With our new system we are only able to have up to 5 active reservations (Max of 3 for the same date) under one guest’s Rewards card. Any additional reservations will be booked at the prevailing Leisure rate. As soon as you have stayed your first reservation, you are able to book another Rewards Card reservation.
As with all offers, complimentary rooms or upgrades are based on hotel availability and your play.
Rewards card members can stay for a max of 5 consecutive nights per trip. If additional nights are needed, then a separate reservation must be booked.
A max of 3 rooms can be booked under one Rewards card for any date. If additional rooms are needed, then they would be priced at the Leisure rate.

We currently have over 3,400 slot machines. You can play any amount from one cent to one hundred dollars.
There are three high-limit slot areas; the Grand Pequot Casino, the Great Cedar Casino, and, at the Fox Tower Casino, near the Shrine Lounge and Nightclub.
Foxwoods Resort Casino is still a non-smoking property. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we will have designated smoking areas on property, with no smoking allowed on the floors:

There are no longer any coin operated machines located at Foxwoods, these games were converted to ticket in/out games.
The slot machine will print out a ticket when you cash out instead of coin. You can take this ticket/voucher to any cage for redemption or you can insert the voucher into another voucher game and credits will be issued to you on the machine. When you cash out at that game a new ticket will be printed and issued.

Foxwoods Resort Casino is a non-smoking property. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we will have designated smoking areas on property, with no smoking allowed on the floors.
Our high limit Table Games area is located in the Grand Pequot Casino in Club Newport. The Fox Tower Casino also offers a high limit Table Games area.
The World Poker Room is now located inside the Rainmaker Casino. You can access this area near the Atrium and Hard Rock Cafe.
