Foxwoods Resort Casino Names Kyle Timpson Executive Chef Of Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen At Foxwoods

Mashantucket, CT (April 17, 2025) –– Foxwoods Resort Casino, the premier resort casino in the Northeast, announced today the appointment of Kyle Timpson, Season 23 winner of Hell’s Kitchen, as Executive Chef of GORDON RAMSAY HELL’S KITCHEN at Foxwoods. Taking the helm beginning May 1, 2025, Timpson’s new role reflects Foxwoods’ continued commitment to attracting top culinary talent and solidifying its position as a premier dining destination.

“I am humbled to start as executive chef at HELL’S KITCHEN at Foxwoods. To be stepping into this role at the venue I gave everything I had to win is absolutely surreal,” said Chef Kyle Timpson. “Foxwoods already feels like home, and I’m excited to not only deliver the high-intensity, high-flavor experience guests expect from HELL’S KITCHEN, but also to do it in a way that celebrates the local community.”

The decision to helm the kitchen was rooted in more than professional ambition. During Foxwoods’ 33rd anniversary celebration in February 2025, a moving interaction with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and the welcoming spirit of the resort’s team created a deep emotional connection. The tribal heritage of Foxwoods resonated with Timpson, giving the opportunity a sense of purpose and meaning beyond that of a typical corporate restaurant role.

“It’s been a pleasure to get to know Kyle throughout his time filming Hell’s Kitchen at Foxwoods,” said Jason Guyot, President & CEO of Foxwoods Resort Casino. “As he steps into this role, we are confident he will bring both exceptional culinary skills and a fresh creative vision to one of our most celebrated dining destinations. We’re proud to officially welcome him as a member of the Foxwoods family.”

Known for his creative, high-energy approach, Timpson brings with him a decade of experience from acclaimed kitchens in Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore. Timpson joins Foxwoods at a time when the resort is redefining what luxury dining looks like outside traditional cities. With high-profile chefs increasingly opting for destination resorts over big cities, Foxwoods has emerged as a culinary player, investing in immersive dining concepts that balance star power with substance.

“Kyle earned this opportunity through sheer grit, passion, and undeniable talent,” said Chef Gordon Ramsay. “Watching him grow during Season 23 was inspiring, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to officially welcome him to HELL’S KITCHEN at Foxwoods.”

At GORDON RAMSAY HELL’S KITCHEN Foxwoods, guests will find Ramsay’s signature dishes—Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The open-kitchen concept mirrors the drama of the series, offering diners an experience that is as visually charged as it is culinarily ambitious.

In the high-pressure world of competitive cooking, few winners translate their screen presence into long-term culinary careers. Timpson is betting on something different: authenticity, leadership, and the kind of food that leaves a lasting impression.
