Player Coding

A Foxwoods’ Customer is coded to the Agent after the Customer’s first trip on the property and stays coded as long as the Agent is servicing the Customer. A code will be removed at the discretion of the Vice President of Marketing or designee for any reason, including, but not limited to:

1. The Customer requests that the code be removed. 2. Customer is inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.

Transactions that are not eligible for coding include, but are not limited to:

1. House Accounts–customers with rated activity within the last twelve (12) months 2. Credit Applications 3. Comps issued during a trip 4. Canceled or no-show reservations 5. Profile updates 6. First trip walk-ins 7. Customers with existing reservations* 

*Canceling an existing reservation and rebooking will void the trip from being eligible for coding and commission

Foxwoods Credit Department Hours

Credit Office is closed from Midnight until 10AM, Sunday through Friday. (Open overnight, Friday/Saturday only.) Hours are subject to change for tournaments, special events, etc. as long as they have advance notice.

• New applications need to be submitted during the hours listed above. It is also recommended that you contact National Casino Marketing prior to your player submitting a credit application so an account can be created, and the player can be properly coded to you. 

• Table Games/Cage are only able to clear Call Before Issuance's (CBI's) and issue TTOs. *New apps and some reinstatements require action that can only be completed by credit personnel. 

• TTO’s and some reinstatements can be approved remotely **Not ALL reinstatements can be done remotely. 

• Patrons with a CBI on their account can be issued a marker by Table Games. 

• All TG Shift Managers and Assistant Shift Managers are programmed in our Casino Management System (CAMS) to release a marker. Please plan accordingly.
